Wounded Soldier Out of Life-Threatening Danger

The Israeli soldier wounded in Tuesday’s stabbing attack is no longer in life-threatening condition, b’chasdei Shamayim, according to a statement Wednesday by Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva. Following successful overnight surgery, the soldier’s overall condition is now listed as good.

The incident occurred at a traffic junction near the Palestinian village of Huwara in northern Shomron, where the soldier was attacked. Swift action from other soldiers on the scene resulted in the shooting and elimination of the terrorist.
