At Hamodia we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our services.

If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal information or any other aspect of this Policy, please contact our support team.

It is the policy of Hamodia Inc. (“Hamodia”, or “we” or “us” or “our”) to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating the Website.

Gathering of Non-Personal Information

You agree to assume all risk in connection with the information provided to us or collected by us when using the Website. It is your responsibility to keep confidential any password required to access certain areas or features of the Website.

Hamodia will not rent or sell Personal Information and potentially Personal Information to anyone. Other than to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Hamodia discloses Personal Information and potentially Personal Information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Hamodia believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Hamodia, third parties, or the public at large. If you are a registered user of the Website and have supplied your email address, Hamodia may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Hamodia and our products. In order to fulfill your order, our service provider may disclose your Personal Information and credit card number to a credit card processing company, and/or a shipping/fulfillment company. These third party service providers are solely responsible for securely storing all such information and we have no responsibility or liability with respect to the secure storage of such information.

California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship has the right to request from that business information about whether the business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California resident, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom such Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed. However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the lists described above if the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its privacy policy) a policy of not disclosing Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure, as long as the business maintains and discloses this policy. Rather, the business may comply with the law by notifying the customer of his or her right to prevent disclosure of Personal Information and providing a cost free means to exercise that right.
