IDF Confirms Deaths of 4 More Soldiers in Northern Gaza

The IDF on Motzoei Shabbos officially confirmed the tragic loss of four soldiers who lost their lives during combat in the northern Gaza Strip on the previous day.

The fallen soldiers are:

Major Yehuda Natan Cohen, 25, a company commander in the Givati Brigade’s reconnaissance unit, hailing from Shadmot Mehola.

Master Sergeant Lior Arazi, 25, a combat medic serving in Shaldag, from Givat Haim-Ihud.

Staff Sergeant Gilad Nechemya Nitzan, 21, a soldier in the Givati Brigade’s reconnaissance unit, originating from Shilo.

Staff Sergeant Yonadav Raz Levenstein, 23, a soldier in the Givati Brigade’s reconnaissance unit, with his home in Ma’ale Adumim.

These casualties contribute to a total of 28 soldiers who have lost their lives since the commencement of Israel’s ground operation in the Gaza Strip last week.

In addition to these tragic losses, the IDF has reported that a soldier from the Givati Brigade’s reconnaissance unit and a soldier from the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion sustained severe injuries in separate clashes in Gaza on Shabbos.
