Rocket Attack on Northern Israel Wounds Man; Intensive Care Vehicle Hit

A 65-year-old man was wounded from shrapnel during a rocket attack on Kiryat Shemona on Sunday. Medical treatment was swiftly administered by MDA responders at the scene, with their intensive care vehicle also affected by shrapnel.

Rocket sirens blared across northern Israel Sunday afternoon, with reports of a building in Kiryat Shemona being directly hit. Lebanese Hezbollah-linked al-Mayadeen news agency reported over 30 missiles launched from Lebanon toward the Galilee region.

Areas affected included Misgav Am, Margaliot, Tel Chai, Beit Hillel, Hagoshrim, and Dafna.

Overnight, Israel Air Force jets targeted Hezbollah terror sites in southern Lebanon, hitting a military structure in El-Khiam and an observation post in Matmoura. IDF artillery also struck terrorist infrastructure in Nakoura and Halta.
