Reb Avraham Noach (ben Yehudis) Paley, the father of Asher Menachem, Hy”d, and Yaakov Yisrael, Hy”d, the brothers who were murdered in a terrorist ramming attack in Ramot nearly three weeks ago, was informed of their death on Wednesday morning.

Reb Avraham Noach had been seriously wounded in the attack and was sedated ever since while undergoing several surgeries. He only regained consciousness earlier this week.

He was informed of the tragic loss of his two sons by the staff at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, where he has been treated, and by his wife Mrs. Devorah Paley.

When he was informed of the horrific news, he burst into tears and recited the brachah of Baruch Dayan Ha’emes.

He then tore his clothing and will sit shivah for his sons until Purim, which will be celebrated next Wednesday in Yerushalayim.

All are asked to continue to daven for the complete recovery of Avraham Noach ben Yehudis, b’soch she’ar cholei Yisrael.
