Soldier Lightly Wounded in Overnight Arrests

Israeli security forces arrested the two sons of a high-ranking member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, terrorist Khaled Abu Zina, overnight Wednesday, according to media reports.

The terrorist was not at home, and his two sons Awas and Hani were apprehended.

Heavy clashes were also reported in the Jenin refugee camp where they live. Local media said that two Palestinian gunmen were killed in the fighting. They were identified by Palestinian health officials as 28-year-old Adham Jabareen, a commander in the PIJ’s local wing who was wanted by the military and the police, and 38-year-old Jawad Bawaqta, a teacher.
