Jordan Valley Terror Shooting Wounds 3, as Terrorist Targets Cars and School Buses

Three Israelis were wounded in a terrorist shooting attack targeting school buses and cars along a major highway in the Jordan Valley on Thursday morning, as confirmed by IDF sources and medical personnel.

The incident occurred in the town of al-Auja, with Route 90, the primary north-south road in the Jordan Valley, passing through this Palestinian town.

Reports indicate that the attack struck two bulletproof school buses and at least two other cars traveling through al-Auja.

According to the Magen David Adom ambulance service, a 30-year-old man in one of the cars suffered moderate to serious injuries from gunshot wounds, while another individual sustained light injuries. Later updates from Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital indicated an improvement in the first man’s condition, now listed as moderate.

In the second car, a 13-year-old boy was reported to be in good condition despite being hit by glass fragments.

Despite the attack, both vehicles continued their journey and made contact with medical responders at the settlements of Kibbutz Na’aran, north of al-Auja, and Na’ama, south of the Palestinian town. The Magen David Adom ambulance service transported the three injured individuals to hospitals in Yerushalayim.

B’chasdei Shamayim, there were no reported injuries among passengers in the bulletproof school buses targeted in the attack.
