According to the IDF, fighter jets conducted airstrikes on more than 60 Hamas targets across Gaza within the past 24 hours as of Tuesday morning.

The targets comprised tunnel shafts, terror infrastructure, and a launching site used for firing rockets at the city of Sderot.

Meanwhile, security forces persisted with their operation in the Shifa Hospital compound located in Gaza City. In the past day, soldiers eliminated several terrorists within the hospital premises and confiscated weapons. Since the incursion into the compound began on last Monday, Israel has reported the deaths of over 180 terrorists and the detention of 800 terror suspects. Among these detainees, at least 480 have been identified as members of Hamas or the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror groups.

Israel resumed its presence in the hospital compound based on intelligence indicating the presence of senior Hamas figures orchestrating attacks from within.

In Khan Yunis, operations against Hamas targets continued in the Al Amal and Al-Qarara neighborhoods. These operations included neutralizing Hamas squads and conducting targeted raids on terrorist infrastructure and buildings. Security forces seized explosive devices, grenades, weapons, vests, a substantial amount of ammunition, uniforms, and military documents during these operations.

In central Gaza, several terrorists were killed, including two Hamas squads detected near ground forces, which were subsequently eliminated by aircraft. A third squad was identified later by a drone and eliminated accordingly.
