Hezbollah Claims Strike on Meron Air Traffic Control

Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for launching rockets at the Meron air traffic control base on Tuesday. The IDF has not commented on the matter.

Some 15 rockets were fired at communities in the north close to the border with Lebanon Tuesday morning.

The Israel Electric Corporation reports power disruptions in the area, likely resulting from the rocket attacks.

In a statement earlier this month, the IDF confirmed damage to the base following a missile attack by Hezbollah. Over the past few hours, the Lebanon-based terror group has fired at least three rounds of projectiles toward northern Israel.
