The Israel Air Force attacked a Hamas observation post in the Beit Hanoun area in the northern Gaza Strip on Sunday, according to an IDF spokesperson.

The attack was in retaliation for several explosive devices thrown over the border fence at Israeli soldiers from Gaza earlier in the day.

Two Palestinians were arrested after crossing into Israel from the Gaza Strip, according to Walla news.

Also, overnight the IDF, Shin Bet, Border Police and Israel Police arrested nine Palestinians for suspected involvement in terrorist activities. They were taken in for questioning.
