Terrorist Stabbing Attack at Yerushalayim Light Rail Station
By Matis Glenn
A Jewish man was stabbed in the back in Yerushalayim by a Palestinian terrorist Wednesday night, the latest attack on Jews in a year of repeated tragedies.
The victim, approximately 25 years old, was waiting at the light rail station on Shivtei Yisrael street at around 9:00 p.m., when the assailant stabbed him in the back. The terrorist was neutralized at the scene, and the victim was found on Shimon Hatzadik street, where he had fled after being attacked.
MDA and United Hatzalah performed first-aid treatments on the victim, who had sustained a deep wound, to stop the bleeding, before he was taken to the trauma center of Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center in moderate, stable condition.
