Overnight Raids, Arrests by IDF, Shin Bet and Border Patrol Unit

Soldiers of the IDF, Shin Bet and Border Patrol Unit worked overnight to arrest eight suspects throughout Yehudah and Shomron in the villages of Madama, Nabi Elias, Teko, Yatta and Tarama.

During the raids, dozens of suspects threw Molotov cocktails and stones at the forces, who responded with measures to disperse demonstrations.

In the Wadi Rachel area of the Etzion region, soldiers located and confiscated ammunition and weapons parts. The forces arrested two suspects in the village of Kibia in the Efraim region and in the village of Bir El Basha in the Menashe region . Another wanted man was arrested in Chevron.

In addition, during the night there was a report of shooting at a military position near the village of Yavd in the Menashe region. No damage or casualties were reported. IDF forces searched the area and found several backpacks.

The suspects who were arrested were transferred for further investigation by the security forces. There were no casualties to IDF forces, b’chasdei Shamayim.
