Terrorist Gets Life in Prison for Murder of Mrs. Esther Hogan, Hy”d, in 2020

The Salem Military Court on Sunday handed down a life sentence to the terrorist convicted in the murder of Mrs. Esther Hogan, Hy”d, in 2020.

Mrs. Hogan was murdered when she was out for a jog near her home in the community of Tal Menashe in Yehudah and Shomron.

The court also sentenced Mohammad Maroh Kabaha to a NIS 3.2 million fine for the murder.

Kabaha was convicted in Oct. 2021 following his confession as well as his indictment in Feb. 2021.

According to the indictment, Kabaha planned the attack some six weeks in advance.
