Gideon Sa’ar Quits Coalition Government

New Hope chairman Gideon Sa’ar announced Monday that he is leaving the coalition government, after threatening to do so last week if he would not be accepted into the emergency war cabinet.
Sa’ar gave the ultimatum a few weeks ago after accusing the Netanyahu-led cabinet of prolonging the war against the Hamas terror group in Gaza.
