COGAT (Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories) has launched a site outlining Israel’s ongoing humanitarian initiatives in the Gaza Strip.

The website provides daily figures on humanitarian aid passing through the Kerem Shalom and Nitzana inspection points, featuring versions in both English and Arabic.

Since the onset of the war, 8,394 trucks carrying 153,580 tons of humanitarian aid have entered the Gaza Strip.

On the weekend, four tankers of cooking gas and two tankers of fuel, earmarked for essential infrastructure operations in Gaza, were delivered. Coordination is underway for 93 foreign nationals to exit on Sunday.

Successful coordination for the repair of vital infrastructure has been accomplished. Additional field hospitals are in the process of being established and are anticipated to become operational in the coming days. Further equipment and personnel for existing field hospitals in the Gaza Strip have entered.

Operational in central and southern Gaza are 12 bakeries producing over two million pita breads daily.
