Rabbis Roth and Baruchi Sworn In as MKS for UTJ

MK Rabbi Moshe Shimon Roth (UTJ) speaks at a l’chaim on Wednesday held in the UTJ faction room, after his pledging alliance and becoming an MK.

In the Knesset Plenum sitting on Wednesday, two new MKs were sworn in. Rabbi Moshe Roth pledged allegiance and will serve as an MK on behalf of United Torah Judaism. Rabbi Roth entered the Knesset under the “Norwegian law,” following the resignation of Minister Rabbi Meir Porush.

Rabbi Eliyahu Baruchi pledged allegiance and will also serve as an MK on behalf of UTJ. Rabbi Baruchi entered the Knesset under the “Norwegian law” as well, following the resignation of Deputy Minister Rabbi Uri Maklev.​
