Overpass Leading to Tashlich Location Along Belt Parkway Closed for Construction

On a day when many travel to the sea wall near along the Belt Parkway to recite Tashlich, the overpass leading from Bay Eighth Street to the eastbound Belt Parkway is closed for construction, which will make it impossible for those coming to the site to use that approach.
People who wish to recite Tashlich in the area along the Belt Parkway just west of the Bay Parkway exit must enter earlier at Third Avenue and 60th Street (under the BQE) and travel along the Belt Parkway until the parking area near Bay Parkway. Many are planning to use other locations to avoid the construction delays.
