High Court Rules Against Autopsy of Child in Yerushalayim

The High Court ruled Monday against the autopsy of a four-year-old boy from Ramot, Yerushalayim, who passed away in unnatural circumstances on Sunday.

The family appealed the decision to conduct an autopsy by the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court ruled in their favor.
