Indictment Filed Against Terrorists Who Carried Out Elad Attack

The Central District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment in the Central District Court against Assad al-Rafai, 19, and Tzabahi Abu Shakir, 20, the two terrorists who killed three Jews, Hy”d, in a terror attack in Elad in May. The victims were Yonatan Chavakuk, a father of five children; Boaz Gol, also a father of five; and Oren Ben Yiftach, a father of six.

They are being slapped with three separate charges of murder in aggravated circumstances in the form of terrorism, and an additional five murder attempts.

Elad Mayor Rabbi Yisrael Porush arrived at the Central District Court for the indictments against the terrorists who attacked Jews in his city.

“They are despicable murderers who need to be sent to the gallows,” he said. “They ate from the bread of the Jews and murdered them. Despicable.”

The Prosecutor’s Office has requested that their arrest be extended until the completion of legal proceedings against them.
