House Impeachment Managers to Present New Evidence in Trump Trial

Prosecutors in Donald Trump’s impeachment trial will present evidence not previously seen to bolster their case in the U.S. Senate for the former president’s conviction, senior aides said on Tuesday.

The aides did not provide details on the evidence for the Senate trial that begins on Tuesday. Nor did they say at a briefing for reporters whether they intend to call witnesses to testify if they are allowed to do so.
