Bennett: We Will Not Accept ‘New Neighbors’ on Northern Border
Defense Minister Naftali Bennett visited the Chatzor air base together with the commander of the Israel Air Force, Gen. Amikam Norkin, and with the participation of the head of the air force, Brig. Gen. Nir Barkan, and other senior officials, on Tuesday morning.
“Today I paid a visit to the Chatzor base of the Air Force. We have excellent fighters, pilots and soldiers,” Bennett said.
“The State of Israel stands resolutely against the Iranian effort to establish a presence on our border. We will not accept new neighbors on our border,” he added.
