Missile Hits Building in Ashkelon, 1 Dead 9 injured
A missile launched from Gaza hit a building in Ashkelon this evening causing a fire and several casualties.
As rescuers searched the building, they discovered a man approximately sixty years old mortally wounded, and an unconscious 60-year-old woman in critical condition.
Paramedics of MDA administered first aid and transported 10 victims with injuries to Barzilai Medical Center. The 60-year-old woman suffered blast injuries as well as cuts from the shrapnel, and is unconscious but breathing. A 40-year-old male and two 20-year-old females have moderate injuries due to cuts from glass, and two 40-year-old males and one 90-year-old female suffer from smoke inhalation from the fire which engulfed the building. Three people are suffering from trauma.
