Rio de Janeiro Mayor Eduardo Paes will head the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, outgoing chairman Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced Tuesday. The group, a network of the world’s megacities, aims to reduce greenhouse gases. Bloomberg said he will use his money to advocate for gun control, climate change and immigration reform.
