NYPD: Three Wanted for Stealing $300K From Brink’s Truck in Sunset Park

New York Police are searching for three suspects who robbed a Brink’s security truck in front of a Chase Bank on 5423 8th Avenue in Sunset Park on Friday afternoon.

Police said that two men distracted a guard by asking for directions while a third man stole one of the money bags and they all fled the scene.

The suspects got away with $300,000 in cash.

Individual #1, who removed the bag, is described as a male with a light complexion and a slim build, last seen wearing a black winter hat, a black hooded jacket, gray pants and black sneakers.

Individual #2, who distracted the Brink’s employee, is described as a male with a medium complexion and a medium build, last seen wearing a black winter hat with white trim, a black winter coat with a hood, gray pants and black sneakers.

Individual #3, who also distracted the Brink’s employee, is described as a male with a medium complexion and a medium build, last seen wearing a black winter hat, a black face mask, a black jacket, black pants, black sneakers and a black backpack.
