Houses of Worship in New York May Sign Up as Pop-Up Vaccination Site

Houses of worship in New York State may sign up to become “popup” COVID-19 vaccination sites, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday.

The signup form is available at https://forms.ny.gov/s3/House-of-Worship-Vaccine-Request

More than 5.8 million vaccine doses have been administered in the state, representing around 94% of total doses the state has been allotted thus far.

Also Tuesday, Cuomo announced that vaccinations will now be open to all New Yorkers who are at least 60 years of age, in addition to those eligible for other reasons, such as essential workers or those who have other health issues.
