El Al Crew Member Down With Serious Case of Measles
An El Al flight attendant was reported seriously ill with measles on Wednesday.
The woman is unconscious and hooked up to a respirator at the Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, The Times of Israel reported.
The Health Ministry has issued an urgent call to passengers on El Al flight 002 that landed in Israel on March 27, who are experiencing signs of illness, to see a doctor immediately.
Although the flight attendant had been vaccinated against measles, immunization is only 93-97 percent effective, according to Channel 12.
