IDF Soldier Injured in Gaza on Respirator

YERUSHALAYIM

The IDF soldier who was injured on Sunday night during Palestinian rioting on the Gaza border was sedated and hooked up to a respirator on Monday, according to The Times of Israel.

The soldier, who was listed in moderate condition, was identified as Yoadd Zaguri, a lone soldier originally from Los Angeles.

A friend told Channel 12 that Zaguri enlisted in the army despite objections from his parents and bureaucratic obstacles he faced upon arrival.
