Service Disrupted on Yerushalayim-Ben Gurion Railway

YERUSHALAYIM -

The problem-plagued high-speed railway between Yerushalayim and Ben Gurion Airport ran into more trouble on Sunday when a smoke detector alarm stopped service in a tunnel for several hours, the Times of Israel reported.

The 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. trains were canceled while railway crews worked on the problem.

Israel Railways announced that regular service had resumed as of 6 p.m.
