Hagaon Harav Steinman Endorses Protest Against Chillul Beis Knesses in Arad

Health Minister MK Rabbi Yaakov Litzman (UTJ ) visited Hagaon Harav Aharon Leib Steinman, shlita, at his home in Bnei Brak on Wednesday to discuss the chillul beis knesses in Arad last Shabbos.

Rabbi Litzman described the outrage felt across the entire spectrum of Jewish communities at the disturbance of tefillos by secular elements, and the plans for a public protest.

Harav Steinman gave his support to the protest, expressing the hope that it will help to prevent any further disturbances of this kind.

The precise actions to be taken are being formulated at the offices of Bnei Brak mayor Rabbi Hanoch Zeibert under the guidance of Gedolei Yisrael. Details will be made public in the coming days.
