Judge: Sue Psychologist Who Treated Killer

A judge on Tuesday ruled that the family of a Long Island murder victim can sue the psychologist who treated the convicted killer and the residential facility that released him before the slaying.
Evan Marshall is serving 30 years-to-life in prison for the killing Denice Fox in 2006. He had been a patient at a facility in Brewster that was run by SLS Residential Inc.
