NYC Council Bill to Make Kids’ Fast Food Healthier

NEW YORK

A Manhattan councilman on Thursday introduced legislation that bans fast food eateries from offering free toys or coupons if the kids’ serving contained more than 500 calories or 600 mg of sodium, The Associated Press reported. Ben Kallos’s bill would fine non-complying diners.
