Arrest Made in NYC Street Punch Caught on Video

A man seen on video punching another man on a Manhattan street was arrested Wednesday after climbing onto the rooftop of a toll plaza on the New Jersey Turnpike, The Associated Press reported. Taunted by the victim, Corey Pohan, 32, left the man with a head wound on Tuesday.
