Christie Pushes Back on Staff Raise Report

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie pushed back Friday on a report that he’s given big pay raises to staffers who help craft his image. The Record’s report Thursday was “incomplete” and “irresponsible,” Christie said, adding that the 27 staffers deserved more money because they’d been promoted.
