Moody’s Gives Positive Review to NY State Budget

An influential rating agency gave a positive review to New York’s state budget approved last week, The Associated Press reported. Moody’s Investors Service says Friday the nearly $140 billion budget is a “credit positive,” singling out investments in education and the on-time passage.
