Man Who Injured Cop in ATV Hit-Run Arrested

A Queens man who drove an all-terrain vehicle that struck an officer earlier this month was arrested Friday and charged with attempted murder of a police officer, The Associated Press reported. A fleeing Kenny Ortiz, 31, drove over a cop’s legs, fracturing his back, nose and ribs.
