About 500 people on Saturday dashed up all 1,210 steps of the One Penn Plaza skyscraper in Manhattan to raise $200,000 for the American Lung Association, The Associated Press reported. The climbers included more than a dozen teams of firefighters in full gear, who ascended the 55 stories in memory of their colleagues who died on 9/11.
