NYC Gives Fla. Pizzeria Chain a Piece of Its Mind

New York City is reminding Florida’s “NYPD Pizza” to keep a disclaimer that it isn’t affiliated with the New York Police Department, the Daily News reported. A 2008 agreement called for the disclaimer but city lawyers say that changes to its website made the legal language difficult to see. Owner, and native New Yorker, Paul Russo said he started the business as a tribute to the city and that all fixes were done.
