Comptroller-elect Stringer Names his Senior Staff
New York City Comptroller-elect Scott Stringer named his five deputies on Tuesday, the Wall Street Journal reported, with Alaina Gilligo, his chief of staff in the Manhattan borough president’s office, his first deputy comptroller. Deputies are Lisa Flores for contracts and procurement, Kathryn Diaz as general counsel, Camille Joseph for public affairs, Michele Mark Levine for accountancy, and Carol Kostik for public finance.
