BDE: Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky zt’l
(Crownheights.info) – We regret to inform you of the petirah of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky zt”l, a key figure in the Lubavitch Shluchim movement and Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch, Chabad’s educational arm.
He was 74 years old.
Born and raised in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn in 1949, his father, Rabbi Tzvi Yosef (Hershel) Kotlarsky zt’l was a native of Otwosk, Poland who spent the World War II years in Shanghai.
Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky was the organizer of the annual Kinnus Hashluchim.
