The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issues a “Traffic Management Program” which will effectively halt traffic at the airport on one of the busiest travel days of the year.
In anticipation of severe thunderstorms expected to hit the area on Monday evening, the FAA has called for the halt of traffic at the airport, one of the busiest in the country, on Memorial Day, one of the busiest travel days of the year.
