Israeli forces continued their operations against Hamas in Rafah and other areas of Gaza, the IDF reported on Thursday.

In Rafah’s Brazil and Shaburah neighborhoods, soldiers discovered rocket launchers and tunnel shafts, and engaged in face-to-face encounters, killing several Hamas terrorists.

Israeli aircraft targeted and killed a three-man Hamas squad that was firing rockets at soldiers in the Rafah area.

In northern Gaza’s Jabalya area, soldiers raided Hamas buildings storing arms. The weapons seized included Kalashnikov rifles, explosives, grenades, sniper rifles, cartridges, and combat equipment.

In central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike eliminated a squad of six terrorists hiding in a building, including one who infiltrated Israel on Oct. 7.

Another Hamas squad was killed in a separate airstrike after being spotted entering a building.

Hamas is attempting to regroup in northern and central Gaza.
