BDE: Yita Wertzberger a’h, Passes Away After Being Struck by Car in Williamsburg

A young girl passed away a few hours after being struck by a car in Williamsburg Tuesday afternoon, according to Hatzalah.
Hatzalah arrived at the scene to find the child, Yita Wertzberger, in traumatic arrest. She was intubated and brought to the hospital in serious condition, but she later succumbed to her injuries.
The accident occurred at around 2:36 p.m. at Wythe Avenue and Wallabout Street.
