814 Israeli Civilians Killed in Palestinian Terror Attacks Since Oct. 7

Since the horrific terror attack initiated by Hamas on Simchas Torah, Oct. 7, there has been a tragic toll on Israeli civilians, with 814 lives lost in Palestinian terror assaults, Hy”d. These figures were disclosed by the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) on Tuesday, marking nearly six months of relentless violence.

Of the 814 individuals who lost their lives in these attacks, 39 were children, according to the report. Notably, this count does not include military personnel, police officers, or members of local security units.

The breakdown provided by the Institute reveals that among the victims, there were five children under the age of five, five between the ages of six and 10, and 29 youngsters between 11 and 18 years old.

Additionally, the Institute has provided assistance to 65,032 Israelis who sustained injuries during these terror incidents. The financial support extended by the Institute since Oct. 7 exceeds $275 million, encompassing various forms of aid.

This support includes $5.2 million allocated for immediate relief in the form of funeral grants, widow grants, bereavement grants, and burial expenses for the families of those who lost their lives.
