Jordan Valley Shooter Surrenders to Israeli Authorities

The perpetrator of last Thursday’s shooting incident in the Jordan Valley, identified as Palestinian security officer Abu Rida al-Saadi, surrendered himself to Israeli authorities on Sunday.

The attack, which occurred on Route 90 north of Yericho, resulted in wounds to three Israelis, including two school bus passengers.

Among the injured were two individuals who sustained gunshot wounds, while a 13-year-old boy from nearby Moshav Petza’el suffered minor injuries from shattered glass and has since been discharged from the hospital.

The surge in Palestinian terror incidents coincides with the Islamic month of Ramadan.
