An IDF officer was stabbed at Be’er Sheva’s central bus station on Sunday morning in what authorities suspect was a terror attack. The terrorist, identified as a Bedouin from Rahat, was killed by gunfire from a soldier at the scene.

Eyewitnesses described how a knife-wielding terrorist targeted the officer before being confronted by soldiers who intervened and ultimately eliminated the threat. A second soldier sustained minor wounds during the exchange of gunfire.
