Weapons Cache Uncovered in Southern Gaza Neighborhood

According to a report from the IDF on Thursday, troops from the Commando Brigade, along with other units, have discovered a significant cache of weapons during an ongoing operation in the al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In a video released by the IDF, members of the Paratroopers Brigade’s reconnaissance unit are shown uncovering firearms, explosive devices, and various other military equipment in a building adjacent to al-Amal Hospital.

The Egoz commando unit has apprehended numerous terror suspects in the neighborhood, who are currently undergoing interrogation by the Military Intelligence Directorate’s Unit 504, as reported by the IDF.

Additionally, IDF forces have engaged and neutralized several armed individuals in al-Amal, employing tactics such as sniper fire, close-quarters combat, and airstrikes.
