Four men have been arrested in Staten Island for a December home invasion in which a mother and her five-year-old daughter were pistol-whipped.

At 12:43 a.m. December 18, 2023, four men entered a home in the vicinity of Livingston Avenue and Queen Street by kicking in the front door, according to police. At the time of the incident, 33-year-old mother was in the home along with her 5-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, and their 54-year-old nanny.

Once inside, three of the men displayed firearms. They demanded money and jewelry, and struck the mother and daughter each in the face with firearms, causing lacerations and bleeding. The thieves stole cellphone before fleeing the home. The victims were treated at Staten Island University Hospital North.

Police this week arrested four suspects in the incident: Michael Conley, 28, of Staten Island, and Elliot Knight, 28, of Staten Island, were both arrested Tuesday and charged with burglary.

Rowland Knight and Luthman Sefu were arrested Wednesday. Their charges have not yet been announced.
