Second Soldier Killed in Weekend Gaza Clashes

The IDF on Sunday reported the death of another soldier in clashes in the southern Gaza Strip over the weekend.
This brings the total number of soldiers killed in the ground offensive against Hamas to 240.
The soldier was identified as Staff Sgt. Ido Eli Zrihen, Hy”d, 20, from Yerushalayim, serving in the Givati Brigade’s reconnaissance unit. This announcement follows the earlier confirmation of the death of Staff Sgt. Nerya Belete, Hy”d, also from the Givati reconnaissance unit, who was killed in southern Gaza on Friday.
