2 Jewish Special Needs Children Mildly Injured in Highway Bus Accident Near JFK

Two Jewish special needs children were mildly injured Monday morning when their school bus collided with two cars on the Nassau Expressway, Hatzalah said.
The bus was traveling near JFK airport, close to the Lefferts Boulevard exit at around 11:40 a.m. when the incident occurred.
Shomrim and Hatzalah were called, and of the 45 bus occupants – including students, teachers and the driver, two children were mildly injured and brought to the hospital by Hatzalah members.
The occupants of the other vehicles involved in the accident were not injured.
