Hamas Child Hostage Embraced by Classmates in Touching Reunion

Emilia Aloni, the six-year-old girl released from Hamas captivity last week alongside her mother Danielle, returned on Tuesday morning to the arms of her kindergarten classmates and teacher.

Emilia, who spent 49 days as one of the youngest of the 240 hostages held in Gaza, was welcomed back to school with shouts of “We love you!”

The young girl and her mother were included in the first batch of hostage releases that was negotiated as part of a brief ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, which was broken last week when the terror group failed to hand over any further lists of hostages to be exchanged.

Israel says there are over 100 hostages still in Hamas custody.
